Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Magnitus Beta, the operator of Magnifik. Registered address: Private invite-only beta. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@magnifik.ru.

You may use Magnifik to build and operate projects you are authorized to access. You are responsible for source code, dependencies, configuration, domains, and content submitted to the platform.

Do not use Magnifik to distribute malware, attack other systems, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or run workloads prohibited by applicable law. Magnifik may suspend workloads that threaten the platform or other users.

Deployments are immutable records. Production routing can be moved to another ready deployment without rebuilding it. Availability can be affected by repository providers, DNS, certificates, application health, maintenance, and incidents.

Keep GitHub and domain-provider accounts secure. Report suspected credential exposure promptly and rotate affected repository or application secrets.

Material changes to these terms should be published before they take effect. You may stop using the service and delete projects at any time, subject to operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.
